Project ID: 1.2.1.1/18/A/008. Stage 4 progress report.

In this stage, the aim of the research was choosing the most suitable seam installation methods for long and short seams in the Brick textured GRC panel using various methods. Several tools, equipment and insertion methods were considered and tested during this period. Additionally, mortar, which had the best adhesion with GRC in previous experiments is in progress of being adapted for use with the most promising tools and methods.

Further, the goal of the following period is to improve the researched methods for mass production and refining the techniques for mortar seam finishing at different styles to achieve a consistent product appearance and quality.
