We only use spray-up technology with glass fibre reinforced concrete, Grade 18P according to GRCA. Sprayed solutions are generally stronger than premix vibration cast GRC. Manufactured from a Portland cement (EN 197-1), silica sand with maximum grain size 1.2 mm, acrylic polymers, superplasticizers, alkali resistant fibres and inorganic colouring pigments.
Our manufacturing facility has its own testing equipment. We fully conform with quality in each piece we produce. Our company operates in accordance with international ISO standards and is ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 certified.
We commit to delivering you greener products. Our production is more environmentally friendly as sprayed GRC requires less water content compared to premixed GRC.

Each product is manufactured with calculated glass fibre reinforcement, thickness and mounting solution.

Surfaces can be textured, matt, natural concrete bubble void decorated or flat-finished according to customer requirements.
GRC products are sprayed using glass fibre reinforced concrete, allowing extremely thin yet large surfaces. We take pride in having industry-leading characteristics, such as tensile strength UTS from 8 to 12 N/mm2 or charpy impact strength of 15 to 25 N/mm/mm2 to ensure worry-free assembly. Our GRC facade products are manufactured from concrete and intended to serve an entire lifetime. Our cladding does not require extra care; however, based on the climate, location and transport density, scheduled washing may be required as frequently as you would wash your windows in order to maintain the best possible shape.
